ERAN SHAHAM
Eran is a former KPMG Deputy Managing Partner and member of the Executive Committee. During his 30 year tenure with KPMG, Eran provided assurance, financial accounting and tax advisory to publicly traded, as well as privately held companies with a focus on industrial, retail, food & beverage, real estate and diversified conglomerates companies.
Between the years, 2015 and 2016 Eran was an advisor to the Ministry of Finance's State-Owned Enterprises Authority where he advised on privatizations of several state-owned companies.
Currently he is a board member and a trusted advisor to management teams, directors and controlling shareholders. He advises several family businesses on capital markets, finance, accounting, governance and intergenerational transfer of business ownership.
Eran is a lecturer in IDC Herzliya's Board of Directors training course where he teaches financial accounting. He previously taught accounting courses in Tel Aviv University and Ono Academic College.
He holds a B.A. in Economics and Accounting from Tel-Aviv University.
